SubMagna™ Tirzepatide Sublingual Suspension is a liquid medication formulated for sublingual administration. It is dispensed in a dropper bottle for precise dosing and is designed to be dropped directly under the tongue, where it forms an emulsion with saliva to enhance the absorption of the active pharmaceutical ingredient (API).

The active ingredients Tirzepatide is an API that is a powder form and mimics the molecular makeup of the Mounjaro® peptide.

Sublingual administration offers several benefits, including faster onset of action, avoidance of gastrointestinal degradation, and reduced impact of hepatic first-pass metabolism. This results in improved bioavailability of the medication. Additionally, the sublingual route is convenient for patients who have difficulty swallowing tablets or capsules or do not want an injection.

To use the SubMagna™ Sublingual Suspension, simply use the dropper provided to dispense the prescribed number of drops under your tongue. Hold the suspension sublingually for 90 seconds before swallowing to allow for maximum absorption. Most absorption happens within the first 30 seconds.
